A budget 1 star hostel, which is specially recommended for those, who do not want to spend money in accommodation, but in other activities.
The Hostal Oliver is situated in one of the most beautiful resorts in Mallorca. Cala Figuera is an “old style” resort, fishermen still mend their nets every morning in the harbour, real locals still live in the village. It is most definitely not like Magalluf, yet it has everything that a holidaymaker could wish for. Wonderful scenary, cliff top walks, access to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, fine restaurants, lively bars and a disco. It is an ideal place to have that relaxing holiday that you truly deserve.
The Hotel was built in 1967 and has been continually extended and upgraded to its current size of 25 rooms, sleeping 58 and a tourist chalet which sleeps 10. It has a large bar/restaurant, a lovely terrace, large screen satellite TV and a small swimming pool.
All of the rooms have ensuite facilities and private balconies. Fans and Safe Deposit boxes are available to rent.
It has a prime location in Cala Figuera. It is only 300m from the harbour and the main bars and restaurants but far enough away to avoid disturbance. It is also the nearest tourist accommodation, in Cala Figuera, to the wonderful beach at Cala Santanyi.
