Six apartments, declared holiday accommodation by the Conselleria de Turisme, are placed in the seafront line of a wonderful virgin 3 km long beach, in La Colònia de Son Serra de Marina. Visitors, about a thousand people, are lodged in single family houses. There aren't any hotels nor discos in the village, which stands in Alcúdia Bay, in the north-eastern part of Mallorca, with views across to the whole bay.
The apartments are equipped for 2/4 people: a bedroom with twin beds, complete bathroom with bath, dinner-living room with a sofa bed for two people. Kitchen is provided with refrigerator, microwave and household equipment for 4 people.
They have individual heating and air conditioning system, satellite television and a common automatic washing machine.
Splendid 200 m2 terrace, very sunny, with deckchairs, a table and chairs. All the apartments have views across to the sea, the forest and a small lake.

| Getting There: |
They are 60 km far from Palma and its airport. The nearest village is Can Picafort, 10 km far by road, where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, discos, tennis courts, etc. Very near, only 2 km far away, there is a country house where you can go for a horseback ride.
